Camouflaged is part of The Stories Told About Us, a series exploring how women move through spaces shaped by myth, expectation, and observation. In this work, a female figure blends into a dense forest of leaves and flowers, her body almost indistinguishable from the landscape around her.
The piece plays with the idea of visibility — whether women are hiding, protecting themselves, or simply choosing when and how to appear. Rather than disappearing completely, the figure becomes part of the environment, suggesting resilience, adaptation, and quiet control over her own presence.
