This painting is meaningful and full of clues into the person I want to slowly become.
It also reflects the mood of the time- uncertainty, hope, confusion and expansion of human intelligence.
I love the number of lighthouses and chimneys you can see in Dublin very unlike Bombay where I grew up. I wanted to paint these 2 for a long time and finally it just happened. But I had to stop myself from painting as I have sat for 3 days 9-5 ( like a job) doing this and somewhere down the line I felt I was making it to complicated. But this piece is complex yet simple!
