Here is another Dublin Canvas box, painted in 2024 my second year painting these boxes and it was so much fun and also one of my favourite! I chose a box just outside a sports centre and I so i decided to paint a piece that would be colourful and playful as well as carry a message.
There are so many amazing sportswomen and I love how Irish sports really support girls and women in sports and I wanted that to be a normal thing and also I wanted to support the diversity that comes with the changing landscape in this country. Extra curricular activities always help people and even more so children cope with life as well as learn so many different lessons and this was my colourful contribution.
This was also the first time my colourful figures got a chance to be in and about in public and I must say they were very well received.
