We aren’t just living on the earth. Watching the seasons change—we are part of the earth, part of the shifting light, the slow unfurling of new life. This piece is a reflection of early spring, where the days grow brighter, but a hint of darkness still lingers. Just like seeds quietly awakening beneath the soil, we, too, are stretching towards the light, embracing growth at our own pace.
I wanted to capture the unfurling of a seed and the light, and I feel I am getting there. I love the egg shape that I can see now and never noticed before a little home.
