Forest Bathing reflects the quiet, instinctive relationship between women and the natural world.
A figure rests among banana palms, surrounded by deep earthy tones of red and brown that echo soil, warmth, and grounding. The work draws on the idea that cycles in nature often mirror the rhythms within our own bodies. Rather than escaping into the landscape, the figure feels part of it — suggesting rest, restoration, and the simple power of reconnecting with the natural world.
